Legendary  Pakistan Fast  bowler Shoaib  Akhter was the real  bad boy of the game where all the controversy was always roaming around him. Throughout the carrier, he was very common in media. After the world cup 2011, this great player has finished his colorful carrier.
He is the only  man, who has bowled at a speed of more than 100 miles/hrs in the cricket history.

By the name of Shoaib Akhter, everybody can remember  the memorable two deliveries which has taken the  stumps of great Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar in Eden Gardens, 1999.
He had an international debut in 1998.

Shoaib’s career was colored with injuries, controversies and attitude problems.  He had been punished for beating felIow  Mohammad Asif.

Marvan  atapattu
Marvan  atapattu was one of the technically most  sound batsman who played international cricket. But his starting   in the international cricket arena was miserable, out of his first six innings in test cricket, five was nothing but only duck!
He made his debut in ODI and test both in November 1990 in the tour of India.
He has a wonderful record of making century in test cricket in all test playing nation.
He was a batsman of big hundred, who scored six double centuries in test cricket.
Additionally, he has sixteen more hundreds in test.
He has lead Sri Lanka for several years. He has become captain of the side in April 2003.
He has retired from cricket in November 2007.
Now he is the batting coach of Sri Lanka national team.

Anil Kumble

Anil Kumble was one of the Indian best spin bowler who ever has played for the country.
He was a former captain of the Indian Test cricket team.In both format of the cricket test and ODI, he is the highest wicket taker for India. He is the one of only three players  to have taken more than 600 Test wickets. He is counted  as one of the greatest spinners of all time ever .



He was not a big turner of the ball, but that did not cost much for his success.
He had a test debut  on  August 1990 v England while playing the last one on October 2008 v Australia. On the other hand, his  ODI debut has came on  25 April 1990 v Sri Lanka while played his last one on 19 March 2007 v Bermuda.
He is renowned for his perfect ten magic vs Pakistan in 1999.He has taken all ten wickets of Pakistan in the second innings of the test by costing only 74 runs.
He has become the captain of the side in 8 November 2007.



He has played international cricket for long 18 years.
 He has  announced his retirement on 2 November 2008.
Now he is busy with IPL and coaching.
